Project owners and developers

Økern Sentrum ANS was established in 2006 and is owned 50% each by Steen & Strøm and Storebrand Assurance Company. The company owns several estates at Økern in Oslo and the goal is to develop the district into an urban and environmentally friendly city centre: Økern Centre.

Steen & Strøm owns and runs today's centre and has the overall responsibility for the project and construction on behalf of Økern Sentrum ANS.
